This is Belgium, a week of summer has ended. Well two weeks ago when I returned from a short weekend trip I was surprised to see muddy corridors in Gare du Midi (South station). People coming from Dour festival throw their plastic boots. It was a rainy, muddy crazy festival just like the one I had in Brugge beginning of the month. And following a meeting last week in Antwerp I was stuck in the port area for a taxi while the rain poured down. I should have some plastic boots in my bag…
